Access Key - Artist Support Core (Raffle) ToS
1. How to Enter: Every $1.50 USD donation via Ko-fi counts as one (1) entry.
2. Entry Limit: Maximum of 5 entries per person. Amounts exceeding this are appreciated as tips/donations.
3. Requirements: You must Follow and Retweet the raffle post to be eligible.
4. Transparency: All winners are selected via a random number generator. A screen recording of the draw will be posted publicly for verification.
5. Prize: One (1) Custom Portrait. Winner provides the character or theme.
6. Refunds: Entries are strictly non-refundable as they are considered voluntary donations to support the artist.
General Commission ToS
1. Pricing: Prices vary by complexity. Base rates start at $20 USD / 15,000 CLP.
2.Technical Specs: All work is delivered at high resolution (3000px, 300 DPI), created digitally.
3.Workflow: Sketch -> Client Approval -> Coloring/Lineart -> Final Delivery.
4.Revisions: You receive 2 rounds of minor revisions at the sketch stage. Significant changes requested after the coloring phase will incur an additional fee.
5.Payment: 100% upfront payment is required via Ko-fi (PayPal/Stripe) before work begins.
6.Turnaround: Average delivery is 1–2 weeks, subject to change based on complexity and current queue.
Adoptable & Design ToS
1.Ownership: Once the design is delivered, the character belongs to the buyer. I retain the right to use the artwork for my portfolio and promotional use.
2.Usage: For Personal Use only (icons, wallpapers, personal printing). For commercial rights (Merch, VTubing, etc.), please contact me for a quote. (Aplicable only for designs published from 04/21/26 onwards).
3.Reselling: Designs may not be resold for higher than the original purchase price unless additional paid/high-quality art is included.
4. Redesigning: You are welcome to modify outfits, colors, or gender. Please ensure the original concept remains recognizable.
5. AI/NFTs: My work may NOT be used for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain purposes.
