General Commission ToS
1.Pricing: Prices vary by complexity
2.Technical Specs: All work is delivered at high resolution, created digitally.
3.Workflow: Sketch ➔ Approval & Payment ➔ Lineart/Color ➔ Final Delivery.
4.Revisions:
Free: Minor adjustments or fixing mistakes based on your original request.
Extra Fee: Adding new elements, completely changing an idea mid-way, or requesting major edits after a stage has been approved.
5.Payment: Full payment required after sketch approval (sketch-only commissions require full payment upfront).
6.Turnaround: Average delivery is 1–2 weeks, subject to change based on complexity and current queue.7.Refunds: No refunds after final files are delivered. Partial refunds may be issued depending on progress stage; PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.8.Rights: Finished artwork may be posted on my social media and portfolio unless privacy is requested in advance.9.All commissions are for Personal Use only (avatar, print for self, social media post). Commercial use (merchandise, VTuber assets, branding) requires a commercial fee and separate agreement.10.If a client goes unresponsive for more than 14 days without prior notice, the commission may be canceled or delayed, and any progress made will not be refunded. Exceptions (such as emergencies or medical reasons) will be evaluated at my discretion.11.Boundaries: I reserve the right to decline any request that I am not comfortable drawing.
Adoptable & Design ToS
1.Ownership: Once the design is delivered, the character belongs to the buyer. I retain the right to use the artwork for my portfolio and promotional use.
2.Usage: For Personal Use only (icons, wallpapers, personal printing). For commercial rights (Merch, VTubing, etc.), please contact me for a quote. (Applicable only for designs published from 04/21/26 onwards).
3.Reselling: Designs may not be resold for higher than the original purchase price unless additional paid/high-quality art is included.
4. Redesigning: You are welcome to modify outfits, colors, or gender. Please ensure the original concept remains recognizable.
5. AI/NFTs: My work may NOT be used for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain purposes.
